The central vacuum system is used in the production process of the lost foam molding machine. The drainage of the vacuum system is automatically controlled by PLC. The molding machine opens the mold quickly and cools, with low moisture content. The white mold does not deform after being released, and the surface is flat and not bulging.
Improve the environment of the molding area: When the molding machine is opened without a central vacuum system, the table top is sprinkled with water. The application of the vacuum system can achieve zero or less water splashing during mold opening, and achieve zero or no water on the ground of the work site.
